At TrailBuggyGear.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@trailbuggygear.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information and insurance for the value of the product.

1. Refund or Exchange

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a refund or exchange, as per the customer's request. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and may take up to 10 business days to process. Exchanges will be shipped to the customer at no additional cost.

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom-made or personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAILBUGGYGEAR.COM'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100.00).
